  1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
  3. Once the beef is cooked through, stir in the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
  4. Add the cooked potatoes back into the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve the teriyaki beef and potato mixture over a bed of fluffy white rice. Garnish with chopped green onions before enjoying!
